Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data is processed when you visit furly.dev or write to us, as required by Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It covers this website only: Sheng and Xue will have their own privacy policies.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Mattia, founder of Furly. You can reach me about anything in this notice at furlan.mattia@furly.dev.

What this site does not do

  • No cookies.
  • No analytics, tracking pixels, advertising or social media plugins.
  • No forms and no accounts.
  • No requests to third parties from your browser: fonts, images and scripts are all served from furly.dev.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, run by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data sent by your browser: IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested, and the date and time.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a processor on our behalf. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU, including in the United States; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare keeps this data only for a limited time, as described in its privacy policy. We don't use this data to identify or profile visitors.

Your language preference

When you choose English or Italian, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage (furly-lang). It stays on your device, is never sent to us or anyone else, and contains nothing about you. Because it only provides a feature you asked for, it needs no consent. You can delete it by clearing this site's data in your browser.

When you email us

If you write to furlan.mattia@furly.dev, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you ask, to give you access to the beta of Sheng or Xue.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(f)). Messages are stored by our email service provider. We keep them only as long as needed for the conversation and delete them no later than 24 months after our last exchange. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format (Articles 15–21 GDPR). Just write to furlan.mattia@furly.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.

Cosa questo sito non fa

  • Niente cookie.
  • Niente statistiche, pixel di tracciamento, pubblicità o plugin dei social.
  • Niente moduli e niente account.
  • Il tuo browser non contatta servizi di terzi: font, immagini e script arrivano tutti da furly.dev.

Hosting e log del server

Il sito è ospitato su Cloudflare Pages, gestito da Cloudflare, Inc. Per consegnare le pagine e proteggere il sito dagli attacchi, Cloudflare tratta i dati tecnici inviati dal tuo browser: indirizzo IP, browser e sistema operativo, pagina richiesta, data e ora.

Base giuridica: legittimo interesse a far funzionare il sito in modo sicuro (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR). Cloudflare agisce come responsabile del trattamento per nostro conto. Cloudflare può trattare i dati fuori dall'UE, anche negli Stati Uniti; questi trasferimenti si basano sull'EU–US Data Privacy Framework, a cui Cloudflare aderisce, e sulle clausole contrattuali tipo della Commissione europea. Cloudflare conserva questi dati solo per un periodo limitato, come descritto nella sua informativa. Non usiamo questi dati per identificare o profilare chi visita il sito.

La lingua che scegli

Quando scegli inglese o italiano, il browser ricorda la scelta nella sua memoria locale (furly-lang). Resta sul tuo dispositivo, non viene mai inviata a noi né ad altri e non contiene niente su di te. Serve solo a una funzione che hai chiesto tu, quindi non richiede consenso. Puoi cancellarla eliminando i dati di questo sito dal browser.

Quando ci scrivi

Se scrivi a furlan.mattia@furly.dev riceviamo il tuo indirizzo email, il tuo nome se lo indichi e il contenuto del messaggio. Li usiamo solo per risponderti e, se lo chiedi, per darti accesso alla beta di Sheng o Xue.

Base giuridica: misure adottate su tua richiesta (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR) e nostro legittimo interesse a rispondere ai messaggi (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f). I messaggi sono conservati dal nostro fornitore di posta elettronica. Li teniamo solo per il tempo necessario alla conversazione e li cancelliamo al più tardi 24 mesi dopo l'ultimo scambio. Non vendiamo i tuoi dati e non li condividiamo per fini di marketing.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli o cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento o opporti, e riceverli in un formato portabile (articoli 15–21 GDPR). Basta scrivere a furlan.mattia@furly.dev. Hai anche il diritto di presentare un reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
